1. Service Specifics
Our services include astrology consultations, horoscope readings, palmistry, face reading, handwriting analysis, Vastu consultations, online pujas, and more. These services are highly personalized and based on your specific requirements, which makes them non-refundable after the service has been rendered.
2. Refund Conditions
- No Refund on Completed Services:
Once a consultation or service is completed, we do not offer refunds. This includes services such as horoscope readings, consultations, pujas, and personalized reports.- If the service is delivered online (such as through email or video consultation), once the report or session is delivered, no refunds will be processed.
- Refund Request for Cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment before the scheduled date and time, we may process a refund for any advance payment made, minus a cancellation fee.- Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.
- Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
3. Quality Assurance

4. No Refund for Online Puja Services
Our online puja services involve personalized rituals conducted remotely by our spiritual experts. Once the puja has been scheduled and initiated, no refund will be provided. The nature of these services is such that they cannot be undone or returned once initiated.
5. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your request within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the processing of your refund, depending on your payment method.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered for exceptional cases where we fail to deliver the services as promised or due to technical issues on our part (e.g., failure to provide a report or consultation). Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.
